Please arrive promptly at 9:45 AM on Thursday to participate in our free family/team workout. If you don’t have a team, we will make one for you when you arrive. Everyone can come! Bring your family.
3 Minutes at Each Station (followed by 1 minute of rest/transition)
- Row for Calories (everyone is on a rower)
- Heavy Team Prowler Push (1 length = 5 points)
- Pullups (assisted with a teammate or done individually)
- Tire Flips Jump Through (2 points per flip)
Add total number of points for final score. Teams of 4.
