  10. In ‘bama for the week. I talked to the crossfit gym here but they want to charge me $15 a day? I thought we get free access…WTF?

    So I went to another gym for a free trial:

  32. I did the WOD on my own, so I did pushups instead of power cleans. Got to 58. Tried to do as many real pushups as I could in each round before switching to knees (5 in round one, 3 in round two, 1 per round after that).
