Matt, a member of our gym pictured on the right, was tragically killed this summer while he was riding his bicycle on Main Street. Matt’s shoes hang above us in the gym to remind us that life is too short to not give it all you got.

I was JUST thinking about him yesterday. This looks fittingly…intense.
I remember this workout very well. It was tough, but there’s no giving up when you think about Matt and his positive can do attitude. I’m sorry I’ll be missing this one.
Wish we could be there to honor the man. We’ll do our best to rise it up for him. Orah!
