Thursday Workout: Hero Workout Matt King

Matt, a member of our gym pictured on the right, was tragically killed this summer while he was riding his bicycle on Main Street. Matt’s shoes hang above us in the gym to remind us that life is too short to not give it all you got.

  • 19 Sandbag Walking Lunges
  • 19 Sandbag Front Squats
  • 19 Sandbag Back Squats

  2. I remember this workout very well. It was tough, but there’s no giving up when you think about Matt and his positive can do attitude. I’m sorry I’ll be missing this one.
