    SP 3×5: 75-80-85, tried 90# but only managed 3 reps

    WOD (teams of 3):

    5x 750m row (total, not per person)
    while one person rows the other two people work for AMRAP of:
    24 box jumps (24″/20″), 24 MB partner toss (20#/14#). Score is number of rounds minus total time in minutes.

    my partners were my parents (awww): 11 rounds – 18:16 = -7.26

    1. I’ve come to realize, you have good double under days and bad… Been there for both. But, nothing more frustrating.

    I’ve been getting terrible headaches with DUs, so for rounds one and two I subbed DUs for 100 SUs. I felt good so I did DUs for round 3.
    WOD part 1: 6:46 @ 25#

    I didn’t want to be lame, so I did tacked on 60 DUs in a row at the end to finish at 8:37.

    (working on form and stringing together reps. all sets unbroken)
