  1. Sunday morning hill run: Tumamoc Hill in Tucson (1.55 miles and a 730′ climb).

    18:35 (PR by 1:28).

    No rest at the half-way point this time but still walked the steepest zigs/zags (only 2!) during the second half of the climb. No idea how people actually run this whole thing non-stop. Hats off to them.
