I was told I almost got one for Christmas.
Ha! And I think this should be the video for tomorrow:

Unfortunately, I had to run out of town and I am using a hotel gym. It had 3 treadmills, dumbells (up to 50lbs), a pull up bar, several benches and plenty of space. Today I made up a WOD: 3 rounds- run 1/4 mile, 10 PP (35lbs), 10 strict pull ups, 10 elevated push-ups. Did it in 11:23
Any suggestions on possible WODS are greatly appreciated.
Google “travel WODs.” There’s tons of stuff posted online that you don’t even need to leave your hotel room to do.

I was destroyed by the time I sat on the rower. Definitely not a good time for me, but at least I’m working out again after a long break. Back to the gym tomorrow!

Thanks, Kyle, for the info on running and the awkward transition back to CF. I’m gonna keep working on it, though! And yes, I think I’ll use your “Running can really mess up your WODs” excuse for the aforementioned row. A rough night for me back in the box.

I think that’s the most I’ve squatted here (technically PR’d over Xmas), and 82 was my push press PR, so I was really happy with this.
