Blue band/KPU – and I spent waaaay too much time trying to get myself in and out of that pull-up band. Less rounds than last time, but did bb pull-ups instead of ring rows this time.
I did one round on the minute every minute for 19 minutes, then skipped my last rest period to squeeze in some extra reps. Started out easy, ended up really tough.
