Friday Workout: Overhead Mother Mother

Strength
  • Overhead squat – max for day; 80% x 2
  • Snatch – 70% x 2 x 6 (on the minute)

WOD

  • 4 Minutes of Box Jumps
  • 3 Minutes of KB Snatch (either arm, 53/35)
  • 2 Minutes of KB Swings
  • 1 Minute of Burpees

Post Total Number of Reps as score.

    WOD: 143 (63/42/25/13; 24″, 45#/35# KBs)

    1. oops I mean 35#/45# for KBs, definitely did not do 45# for the KB snatches

      1. AND (drum roll please) got my first FROM HSPU (x3)!!!! Kipping, but FROM all the same. Muscle up, you’re next.

    11:32. it was not pretty. my golden retriever whined the entire time. then sat on my chest afterward.
