Note: last week of our Oly cycle. We will be maxing on Monday of next week.

  8. Can’t make it to the gym today. Instead, did 70 thrusters with 15lb weights. 10 burpees for every time I dropped the weights. 4:16, 2 sets of burpees. Also threw in some handstand holds and DUs for good measure.

  24. Started the alternating second week of my quest to be a better runner by only doing 30 mins of a brisk walk up a slight incline because I feel like poo (as in “pile of” not “Winnie the”).
