  2. Subst exercises from Physical Therapy for Snatch, Did 45# C&J from support to avoid ankle flexion lifting from the floor.

    Scaling: ring rows (babying a blister on the right hand)
    1st round: FROM HSPUs (kipping — 1st time FROM HSPU in a wod!)
    2nd and 3rd rounds: short side of 1 abmat (strict but still too easy… but I was kipping away from the wall without and didn’t want to take forever)
    4th round: first 3 HSPUs FROM (kipping) then resorted to 1abmat for the final 2.

  16. Snatch: 67…shoulder didn’t feel right
    C&J: 67…shoulder quit working
    WOD: 20min bag of ice, need to get a better shoulder warm-up in with thera-bands next time before class…lesson learned.
