  16. Back to the tabata-ish run walk. 35 minutes, increased grade, but only 10 mins of run cycle with the rest brisk walking. Still can’t breathe through my nose. Ugh!

    FS: Did reps of 10-8-6-4-2, 30 seconds rest between, with just the 45# bar (didn’t bring my plates with me).
