Thursday Workout: Box Jumps, KB Swings, Toes to Bar

Posterior Capsule Stretch

AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:

  • 15 box jumps (24″/20″)
  • 10 KB Swings (53#/35#)
  • 5 toes to bar

  1. Can’t make it in today. So I did 150 dumbbell swings with a 30# dumbbell. 5 burpees for every drop. Not sure of my time, but there were a lot of burpees (it’s not easy to grip a dumbbell for that long).

  3. My foot’s still being stupid, so I went to the AFC and swam and did my own made up 15-minute AMRAP of 15 dumbbell swings (30# because I couldn’t find a #35 one), 10 push ups, 15 sit ups. Did a couple sit ups shy of 8 rounds.

  8. 7 rds plus 10 jumps, rx’d except toes to bar weren’t quite there on some reps

    and I fell off the box 🙁

    That’s the closest I’ve come to hurling during a WOD in a really long time.
