Can’t make it in today. So I did 150 dumbbell swings with a 30# dumbbell. 5 burpees for every drop. Not sure of my time, but there were a lot of burpees (it’s not easy to grip a dumbbell for that long).

My foot’s still being stupid, so I went to the AFC and swam and did my own made up 15-minute AMRAP of 15 dumbbell swings (30# because I couldn’t find a #35 one), 10 push ups, 15 sit ups. Did a couple sit ups shy of 8 rounds.
