KB Swings (70/53) & Rowing

You and your partner can either row or do swings, but you can only score points when someone is actively rowing.  Points are total number of calories rowed after 15 minutes plus total number of kettlebell swings.

    Done with Jenn as my partner.

    I did 70# swings and she did 20# swings

    75 swings total for me and 115 for her. No idea on the calorie breakdown.

  3. Sunday workout:
    Interval running (got up to 7 mph!)for 16 minutes on a slight incline.

    Rest 2 mins

    Rest 2 mins
    Row 250 m
    Rest til Monday

    Tried to keep a 2:22/500 pace for each segment to make it a leisurely yet consistant pace (plus 2:22 is a pretty number). 500 avgs were 2:22.8, 2:21.2, 2:21.2, 2:21.3. Definitely could have kept a faster pace, but JUST got my pre-Halloween energy back this week and didn’t want to push it. Oh, cursed thyroid levels!
