  • 30 Power Snatch (95 / 67)
  • 10 Muscle Ups
  • 25 Power Snatch
  • 8 Muscle Ups
  • 20 Power Snatch
  • 6 Muscle Ups
  • 15 Power Snatch
  • 4 Muscle Ups
  • 10 Power Snatch
  • 2 Muscle Ups
  • 50 Wallballs (20 / 14)

Every time you switch wall balls both people have to do 5 burpees.
