Friday Workout: Power Clean & Team WOD

Mobility

2 minutes per side hamstrings on box [vid]
2 minutes per side calves [vid]

Strength

Power Clean (3-3-3-3-3)

WOD

In teams of 2 complete the following (only 1 person works at a time):

100 Double Unders
50 Pullups (chest to bar)
100 HOG Pushups
100 Sandbag Cleans (58 / 42)
100 Wallballs (20 / 14)**

**Each time you break or the wall ball falls, you must do 5 burpees each.

  4. PC: 133×4, 155 (Got 2 reps, failed on the third)
    WOD: 17:48 w/ Dan (Regular PUs, 42# sandbag, 20# WB)

  5. PC: 89, 99, 104, 111, 116 (last set was landing too wide… not sure why)

    WOD: 15:48 w/ Jen
    Regular PUS, rest Rx. 5 sets of burpees on the wallballs.

    Oh and 50 DUs unbroken! I mean, I’m no Jason… but I was happy.

    We treated the DU’s like all the other movements – one person working at a time, 100 total. Also, we interpreted the burpee thing as whoever is resting and not doing wallballs does 5 burpees before going back to the wall. Not sure exactly what was meant by this…

    WOD: 15:48 with Kim. Regular pullups, the rest rxd. We did 5 burpees each, any time the wallballs were broken. Thanks to Kim for eeking out the rest of those…awesome job!

    WOD: I think somewhere around 17’ish before I passed out. RX except ring rows sub for the pull ups. Did not feel well during wall balls…ugh.

    Started wallballs at exactly 9 minutes in… ughhh burpeeeeeeeees. Jason did more work, naturally (about twice as many C2B PUs as me, 15 pushups for my 10, and more wallballs).
