      1. I AM TECHNOLOGICALLY CHALLENGED (must have been hypnotized by these guys) http://www.todaysbigthing.com/2011/02/03

  1. 21:31 (10# medicine ball (more like a weighted crunch than a “v up”), 99# FS)

  2. 19:49
10# med ball shoddy V-ups (leg position was the hindrance here)
    133# front squats
Run was train tracks and back for the noon class, which I’m pretty sure is more than 400m

    Great workout!

  3. 5:48 w/ 2 rounds, 10# med ball, sprint to last pole on hill

  4. 11:20 — 3 rounds, unweighted v-ups, 95# front squats

then prematurely did tomorrow’s 5×3 shoulder presses: 85-90-90-92.2-95 (PRs on the last 2)
…so I got curious and tried 100# for 1 rep and GOT IT!!!! (big ol’ PR)

    1. oops I meant 10:20 for 3 rounds (forgot we started at the 1 minute mark)

9:20 (3 rnds, run up to last pole on hill, unweighted v-ups, 95#)

  6. 18:26 8# v ups, 89# back squats

  7. 18:30
    5 rnds @ 400 meter run; 10# v-up; 111# squat

  8. 19:30 – run up the hill to the last pole, 10# medicine ball, 89# front “squats”…more like dips towards the end.

  9. 17:50 rx’d w/ 12# med ball (uphill run to 2nd telephone pole)

  10. 17:23 with 6# med ball and 79# front squat. fun one!

  11. 16:13 rx – 10# med ball

  12. 18:08
6# mini ball, v-ups with the ball between my knees (between my feet didn’t quite “work”)
    72# FS

  13. 22:05 @89#, unweighted v-ups

  14. 17:08 UVA gym facsimile: 40 DU’s sub for run, 7# mini ball v-ups all in hands because feet did not work, 95# squat

  15. Morning yoga
18 min steep incline fast walk
    1 min plank holds

  16. 24:48 (?) (unweighted v-ups, FS 37#)

  17. 21:27 no weight v-ups 133 FS

  18. 24ish (unweighted, 89#)

  19. 17:18 111 lb FS, 6lb vup

  20. 21:04 (unweighted, 67# x 3, 77# x 2)

At some point during my 3rd run Dave J threw an extra 10# on because I was “going too fast.” Probably could have done 77# the whole time, but was worried that my legs were smoked from doing squat cleans last night. Thanks Dave!

  21. 23:04 (unweighted, deadlifts for FS – 111#/ 89#/ 94#)

  22. 22:25 (no weight V ups, 89# FS)

  23. 19:35

    6# v-ups
89# FS, 5 reps (all sets unbroken, working on form – finding a tight bottom position)
