    EC WOD: something like 29 tire tosses + additional water weight. we had 3 people who alternated between 2 tires. tossed them from the garage opening down to about the intersection, and back to the garage in 4min.

    probably could have done more by myself, on flat ground, but going up hill and on an incline, with freezing water splashing everywhere made it more challenging/fun. really liked this one!

    Ran the neighborhood because it was such a nice day. About a mile into it, got a little too jazzed about feeling good while running (a rarity!) annnnd pulled either my glute or hamstring. Dang, I was *thisclose* to not hating running. Grrrr!
