Snatch form felt so much better than in any other metcon thanks to Forney’s advice: when dropping the weight from over head catch it in the crease of the hip, then tighten your core and get set BEFORE taking the weight to the ground. You’re a genius Forney!
I ended up doing a funked up version of this WOD. I couldn’t remember the numbers, so did 10-8-6-4-2 of everything. Ended up using dumb bells instead of a barbell since the only one in the neighborhood gym got hijacked about 60 seconds before I started. No idea of total time. So in essence, no sense in posting this either.
