  4. FYI : swing standard is straight overhead & our run is longer/slower than a true 400m if you are comparing times to other places

  5. WOD: 12:46 (25#, redband PUs)

  6. BS: 221# (3-rep PR)
    Helen: 9:58 Rx (could double-check whether KB is straight overhead)

    WOD- 11:43 with jumping PU’s, 35# KB

    WOD: 12:22 (25#, blue band PUs rd 1, green band PUs rds 2+3)

    that was completely horrible, and I’m not sure why

    sprained my lower back last week, taking it easy and slooooowly working the weight back up.

    21:21 @ 25# …should have done 30# but I hate that movement and so do my shoulders.

    1. and when I say 21:21 I mean 18:21…oops. Also, snatch meaning squat snatch aka FML snatch.
