I think it will be really fun for everyone to try to compete in the Open, whether or not you register with CrossFit.com. I encourage everyone in the gym to participate in the series, even if you have to scale a lot of stuff. It’s only one workout on a Saturday and lasts for 6 weeks.
We will create separate divisions based on your abilities and it will be fun to see how you compare over the weeks.
