We have a lot of stuff going on, so I wanted to summarize in a brief post.
Spring Olympic Lifting Program
We are starting an 8 week beginner/intermediate olympic lifting program that will meet Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Jon Forney (USAW Club Coach) will teach this program. The program will end sometime in May. It is free to members and will start in a week. If you are a non-member and want to participate, please contact me. Tuesday/Thursday class times are TBA. Open Competition Series
I encourage all of you to join us for as many Saturdays as you can for a friendly competitive environment. We want all levels competing, even if you are new! [Registration]
