    max c&j: 182# (PR)
    clean was pretty bad – almost a muscle clean. gotta get under the bar.
    jerk was also bad – big dip, didn’t lock out fast enough. I need to turn my elbows in when I have the bar racked in the jerk to sort of prep myself for rotating/locking out the jerk.

    Definitely shooting for 200#+ during this cycle.
