If you did this on Wednesday, do either rowing or running instead of double unders and do thrusters instead of ground to overhead.

    Worked on form with Forney, which was great – thank you!! We ran out of time before I quite got to my two-rep max.

    WOD: 4 rounds + run + 8 thrusters (runs to the back of the parking lot; 45#)
    I did the run/thrusters variation because I did the Games WOD on Wednesday. Thanks, Dave, for cheering me on during the last round!

    WOD 4 rds + 8 snatches. Using the really heavy rope for DU and I really wish someone would bring my rope back to the gym.

  11. From Beijing: 1 mile run warmup. WOD: 100 burpees with 10 thrusters on the minute. `Time: 14:51. i almost died (i blame jetlag)
