Tuesday Workout: Scorched Earth

Strength

3-3-1-1-1 Overhead Squat

WOD

4 rounds of 1 minute of pushups, 1 minute of kb swings (53/35)

At end of pushups and swings, rest 1 minute, run 800 meters with a sandbag (42/32). Score is running time in seconds less total number of reps.

    WOD: ~80 (modified to include some Floreio moves, and wore a vest for the run)

    slowest sandbag run ever having to stop 3-4 times to readjust due to slippage. next time will definitely not try a one armed carry

    *guessing at my run time here because *someone* turned off the timer before I got to the garage door. Although I suppose this means I need to run faster next time…

    1. Oops! Meant to note that the time of the run may be a few seconds off because we had a timing malfunction. Jason the Resourceful used the Pandora station to figure out what time it was when the clock stopped.

    Working on my form for pushups, but there were definitely a lot of “d-bag pushups” happening.
