    heavy single hang squat cleans x7: 138 x3, 143, 148 x2, 155
    max TGU (each hand): 1.5 pood

  6. hang cleans: 185×2, 195 (PR), 205 (F), 205 (PR), 210 (F)
    TGU: 70/no

    1. “mental” fail not ‘fail’!!! This modifier is very important. You are strongsies.

    14 seconds slower than 11/22, but 12# heavier. Might have actually beat my time, but I started to question if I did 6 or 7 deadlifts my last set, so I did an extra one after my second run.

    Also, working on Kipping PUs w/Elizabeth FTW!!! Apparently I need to do something with my knees…

  11. 20:11 – 1500m row, 3 rounds (10 pushups, 10 KB sumo deadlifts @ 45#, 10 knees to chest), 1500m row.

  12. Oly lifting: hang squat cleans – range from 79-94 with various confidence crises along the way
    TGU: 30# each side

    Nearly a minute slower than last time. I don’t think the 22# weight increase can make up for that. No good.
