    1. glad i got the first one since 12/09 out of the way last Saturday, because I’m still sore from it. 2nd time won’t be nearly as bad, and pushups are on WOD #2.

  4. What does HOG stand for? Google seems to think that “HOG Pushups” is a crossfitcharlottesville term….

    1. “hands off ground”. It means a hand release at the bottom of the push-up.
