Friday Workout: WOD#2 Open w/ a Goat

Reminder: WOD#2 judged times are 6PM on Friday, 9AM on Saturday and 1PM on Saturday.

WOD

15 Minute AMRAP of

  • 9 Deadlifts (155/100)
  • 12 HOG Pushups
  • 15 Box Jumps

If you did the Wednesday workout, substitute a goat movement (ie something you suck at like wall balls, pullups, thrusters, etc) for the Box Jumps.  Keep the pushups in there.

    32# sandbag swing/toss as high into the air as possible (7 times)
    80# sandbag drag (straight arm, between leg waddle – 100 steps)
