    This felt so right, I went on to PR the C&J @ 231#

    Really wanted to do it as RX’d, but my shoulder felt weird with the 1-handed jerk and I wanted to be safe.

    Cleans – went light, 67, 77, 87, 87
    WOD: 9:11 with 25# KB to work on form. Went easy this morning.
