  25. No Backsquats because my thigh was not happy with me 🙁 stretched it and rested

    WOD: 10:40 (35#, 14#, 2 ab mats)
    I did 40 KB swings at first, realized it after I started running so I stopped, ran a little ways back, then started running again (decided to do them at the end) so I added 10KB swings after the HSPU’s. Really struggling today
