Wednesday Workout: Thruster and Power Cleans and Toes to Bar

We will have judged times for WOD#5 on Thursday at 3PM and Friday at 5:30PM

We are also closed this weekend because we are hosting a Level 1 Certification. There is some talk about a park workout this weekend, we’ll keep you posted on details.
