    Struggled on those push ups

  3. 5 + 24 total lunges
    65# bag

  4. WOD: 4 rounds + 15 PUs (28# bag, KPUs)

  5. 4 rounds on 4:30 (pace 3:35ish per round, rested until the 4:30 mark then went again)
    32# bag

  6. 4 rounds + cleans, PUs, and ~200m
    32# bag

  7. a run short of 5 full rounds (42# sandbag, subbed 10 pistols for walking lunges)

  8. 4 rounds + cleans, PUs, no run

    Morning: Sprint 50m, jog 50m, sprint 100, jog 100, sprint 200, jog 200, sprint 400 jog 400, then back down the ladder: time: 12:17

    Afternoon Wod: 4 rnds plus cleans, pushups, pistols, and 150m run (52 lb snadbag, sub 15 pistols for walking lunges)

    Oly lifting: Hang Snatch: Singles at 133; Snatch Balance: up to 143 (this might be a lil under a true max)

  10. 5 rounds + cleans, pushups, lunges and 200 meters.

  11. I bet the 6:15 class is running fast with the weather rolling in.

  12. 4 rnds + 1 yard 😛 (42#)

  13. 6 rounds first 2 at 52 lbs SB and it magically went to 65….
    Stopped at 2:18 left for a conference call.

    Glad I didn’t have to dodge hail & lightning!

  17. Group math told me I had 5 rds + cleans + pus + lunges + 40 m

    Rowing swapped for running after 2 rds due to lightning. I whined.

    1. I worry about our group’s math but since we’re drinking the kool-aid: 5 rds + cleans. @ 52#

  18. Oly lifting:

    Hang snatch: 70×3, 74×2, all PRs
    Max snatch balance: 60, and I wouldn’t call it a real snatch balance…

    snatch balance: up to 120? 130 was a push jerk + OHS 🙂

    Time ran while I was on the last run, but I finished it anyway, so this was actually a 21:07 AMRAP for me. (In 20 minutes, it was 4 rounds + cleans, push ups, lunges, and about 250m.)

  26. 5 rounds 2 run/3 row due to lightning.

  27. made up Saturday…
    4 rounds + cleans (32#) + push ups + 7 lunges
