One minute tuck jumps, one minute rest, one minute straight jumps, one minute rest, 30 seconds single leg tuck jumps , 30 seconds other leg, one minute rest , one minute squat jumps.
- 100 Overhead Walking Lunges (35/25)
- If you rest, perform 3 burpees and resume WOD.
- Rest 3 mins. Then…
- 100 Double Unders (300 singles)
- 100 Sit-ups
- If you rest, perform 2 burpees and resume WOD.
Time cutoff is 15 minutes.

No breaks during sit-ups, but they were pretty slow.

I was so frustrated after this WOD from the double under’s I did not look up at the clock till after I had put away my equipment.
Would say at least a minute and a half after Hillary and Elizabeth maybe more. Had to switch Ropes after a minute of not getting even a single under! 🙁

Only rested twice during the lunges, no other rests taken… which tells you, Double unders STUNK
15:05, 5 kg plate, 300 SU. Kept tripping myself with the jump rope so 4-5 stops for that with one during the sit ups, but did the lunges straight through.
