  1. Snatch: Working on form…waiting on the pull and getting under the bar. Worked up to 82#
    WOD: 8:13 with 45# KB and sub 2 for 1 tuck jumps

    Coming in on rough day = rough workout. Special thanks to Kyle for the coaching on the snatch and the yelling during the WOD

    WOD: 11:07 I think (#35kb). been a while since I’ve done snatches, burpees and Kb’s, still have plenty of room for improvement.
