Years Doing CrossFit: 2
First WOD experience: Power cleans and dips–I did it on my own at a globo gym and felt like everyone was staring at me
Favorite WOD: 100m Handstand Walk
Favorite Movement: Toes to Bar
How many times have you thrown up doing CrossFit: Zero!
If we had to name a workout after you, what would it include: Toes to Bar, Box jumps, and handstand walks
Favorite Thing About CrossFit: That there is always something new to learn and work on and improve at. It never gets boring!
Least Favorite Thing About CrossFit: The fact that it sometimes involves running
Why did you decide to train clients at our gym: I have really enjoyed my experiences with CrossFit and wanted to be able to help other people have a similar experience and help them accomplish their fitness goals
Hobbies Outside of CrossFit: Does texting count as a hobby? Formerly gymnastics and diving, right now I’m kind of boring though and just really go to school and do CrossFit.
Training Goals (short, medium, long): Learn how to run and row!! Keep improving across the board on pretty much everything, Qualify for the 2011 CrossFit Games
Professional Career Goals: Yeahhhhh I’m still working on this one and change my mind about what I want to do with my life pretty much everyday. I guess I could say that my “career goal” right now is to pass the Bar exam in July.
What did you eat today?: Scrambled Eggs and an Apple (it’s only 10am as I’m writing this, so that was breakfast)
Favorite Cheat Meal: Cereal and Ice Cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One Thing You Could Change about yourself: Be more assertive and better at standing up for myself when people do things that make me upset
Favorite Gym Experience: Winning Sectionals last year was my favorite “CrossFit” experience, but as far as “in-gym” experiences go I think what I really value the most is just getting to come in and have a really great group of close friends to workout with and bond with on a daily basis.
