Monday Workout: Power Clean, Jerk and Karen Sucks Burpees

Strength

Power Clean & Power Jerk 2-2-2-2-2 (90 seconds rest between sets)

WOD

“Karen Sucks Burpees”

Do 150 Wallballs, and for every Wallball break or miss (yes that means if it does not go above the tape), do 3 burpees. Time cutoff is 15 minutes.

    WOD: 14:19 @ 45# thrusters. 11 penalties. Who ever said 2x weight thrusters is equal to a wallball is full of it. Give me real wallballs any day of the week.
