  • Row for Calories for 1 Minute
  • Max Kettlebell Snatch (53 / 35) for 1 Minute
Score is total number of calories + snatches. You must have an equal number of snatches at the end of the minute on both sides, otherwise take away reps.

  22. BS: up to 94# – somehow got easier as I went, so clearly I wasn’t warm enough at the start. I blame the adorable, tiny, furry distraction that made an appearance.
