    yesterday– did a heavy set of 3 at 99#
    today– complexes of high pull+hang squat snatch x3
    2 sets at 77#
    2 sets at 89#

    First time with the real PUs, and it took <1 year of crossfit to do it… that's pretty cool

  9. Power snatches up to 89#. Working on opening hips all the way.

    Slowly stringing the C2B together… I never thought it would happen

    worked on FS: 50×2,55×2
    WOD: 5 rounds + rr’s + DL + 2 box jumps
    (rr, 77#, 12″+10kg plate)
    finally graduated from 12″ box by adding a 10kg plate…baby steps, I’ll get there eventually

  15. Snatch: 95-105-115-125 Trying to get comfortable in the catch position. Not heavy but need to work on not letting the bar crash into the overhead posn.

    WOD: 7rds +PU+DL+3 Box Jumps rx (pullups to lower neck due to height of ceiling). Still can’t turn box jumps over fast.

    10 Rounds of 3 Muscle ups and Back of Parking lot run.

    snatch: 62,67,67,67
    wod: 8 rds + 1 pu (I liked this one, despite biffing on a jump, again, and gashing my shin)

    1. Also did 94# dl’s ’cause that’s what the board said (ok, board said 95 but close enough).
