Monday Workout: Front Squat & Sandbag + Burpee Ladder

Strength

Front Squat  2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (45 seconds rest between sets)

WOD

10 Minute AMRAP

  • 5 Sandbag Cleans + 5 Burpees
  • 6 Sandbag Cleans + 6 Burpees
  • etc until the timer runs out.
Score is last full completed round  multiplied by the weight you chose, i.e. if you chose 50# and finished up to 7 sandbag cleans, your score would be 6*50= 300.
