    WOD RX’d in a Globo, so pullups were fun on those rubberized angled pullup thingies…

    max snatch: 150# (pr)
    max front squat: 275# (pr)

    WOD: 3:57, no deadlifts

  6. Max Squat Clean: 205# PR (+5). Failed twice @215.

    WOD: 10:26 First rd rx then 225# for rest. DU’s are getting better but still take it all out of me. First rd done in sub 2 min and then all downhill from there.

    WOD: 11:21 (ring rows, 110# DLs)

  10. Max clean: 160# (PR, and not a legit squat clean b/c I caught it just above full depth. .Sadly failed 3 times at 165#. Got under it nice and easy but couldn’t drive it up out of the hole).

    WOD: 11:36 rx (C2B finally getting better but still took away too many reps to be satisfied yet. My best 2 were the ones I did pre-wod…)

      3. I think for the rest of the week it should be mandatory that all scores/weights/times are recorded in some sort of poetic form. Brains need exercise, too!

    WOD 10:07 rx and the deadlifts were a struggle.

    WOD: 9:01 (BBPUs, 89#)

    Kind of bummed b/c I forgot I was using the 35# bar and thought I’d done 99# DLs. First 47 DUs were unbroken, though, so I’ve got that going for me, which is nice. 🙂
