Why did you decide to train clients at our gym: to improve as an athlete and to learn
Hobbies Outside of CrossFit: playing work email, poker and relaxing with friends
Training Goals (short, medium, long): back squat 300lbs, 10 muscle ups unbroken, pistols
Professional Career Goals: have two or three of my own businesses so I can escape corporate America (I love my current position but being my own boss I feel I would enjoy much more)
What did you eat today?: protein shake and some almonds, ground lamb cooked with rosemary and lemon juice over spinach with Greek goddess dressing, curry chicken salad with some sweet potato fries.
Favorite Cheat Meal: chicken nachos from any decent Mexican restaurant…
One Thing You Could Change about yourself: my hip flexibility. POOF your flexible in your hips!
Favorite Gym Experience: everyday mid WOD when music is blaring, people are sweating, trainers yelling (that is such good energy right??) and any time people make personal gains/learn something.
