    WOD: 6rds+2 burpees w/ 115# bar. Paced myself so I didn’t have to break reps. Would have pushed faster if the threat of extra burpees wasn’t there.

    1. Also, 2 rnds of penalty burpees… dropped from the bar on the first round after 3 T2B because my grip was waaaay to wide; second penalty was round 6 T2B after tearing 🙁
