Work to a 2 Rep Max Weighted Pullup

WOD

In teams of 2 complete the following (only 1 person works at a time):

100 Double Unders
50 Pullups (chest to bar)
100 HOG Pushups
100 Sandbag Cleans (58 / 42)
100 Wallballs (20 / 14)**

**Each time you break or the wall ball falls, you must do 5 burpees each.

Compare to 2/10.

    Tabata Pullups and Pushups
    Tabata Plankholds – 1 min hold, 30 sec rest – 10 rounds

    I don’t remember my numbers. Great gym though

  3. 10 # Weighted PUs (PR!)
    WOD: 13:41 (1/2 Reps Solo, regular kipping PUs, 42#, 14#, no burpee penalty)
    Can’t really compare my time to last, but had better ROM, etc for sure

  4. No weighted PUs
    WOD: 20:00 w/ Lydia (BBPUs, 32# SB, 8# WB, 20 burpees)

    1:13 faster than last time with BBPUs instead of RRs, 8# WB instead of 6#, I did 50 DUs unbroken(!) instead of like 15 in February, and no dropped wallballs. Woo hoo! Great job, Lydia!

  5. 2-rep max w/chin-up grip: 25#
    wod w/kim: 14:00 – some my pus weren’t c2b, 10# wallballs … and kim did more of them (with the 14)

  6. WPU: 20(2), 30(2). 35(1)

    WOD: 14:00 Rx w. Hillary (we didn’t do burpees when we handed off the wallball, and no dropped or missed wallballs so no burpees)

    1. handing the wallball counts as a break. you guys got the easy way out!

  7. WPU: @10KB 2×2; @15KB 2×2
    WOD: 16:12 w/ visitor Connor (conner?) (mostly regular pullups for me, 32# cleans; I did 5 less pullups and pushups; thanks Connor!)

  8. Worked on weighted negative PUs (10#)
    WOD: 16:29 with Sam (RB PUs, 32# SB, 8# WB)

  9. 5/28 Oly lifting
    High pulls from jerk boxes
    67# squat snatches 3×3
    89# squat cleans 3 reps, 111# 3×2

    Snatch balances 67# 3×3
