If you’ve been living under a rock, that’s cool, but you should also know that we are sending a lot of people to the Regionals this year. The CrossFit Regionals is the second to last leg in the CrossFit Games. We’ll be competing in a series of 6 team or individual events and hoping to qualify for the CrossFit games. There won’t be any live video, but we will live tweet the event.

Venue/Spectators
If you want to watch, you are welcome to come to the event. The event is at the George Mason Field House and spectator tickets are $10 per day or $25 for the weekend (I think).
Scoring
You can watch rankings over the weekend, but be aware these have been on an hour or two delay for other regionals.

Good luck this weekend guys! I watched the southeast regional this past weekend in Jacksonville. It was incredible, hope to see the lone individual and the team standing on the podium Sunday afternoon.
