      1. Thanks! First time I did this I barely had 1 DU, so Kyle coached me in the corner for 10 minutes instead. Lots of practice and help from everyone else and now I can actually say that I enjoy doing DUs.

  4. 10 rounds + ~1/2 a run (finished the 11th run at 20:40)

  5. 10 rounds + run (finished last run at 20:35) 6# WB

  6. 9 full rounds, 6# WB

  10. on saturday:

    run 800m
    30 burpees
    30 ground to overhead with 30# dumbbells
    30 v-sits
    100ft overhead walking lunges with 25#
    400m sprint
