DL: 155, 175, 200 (x9 — stopped not at failure but rather when I felt a slight rounding in the back. Didn’t want to keep pulling with poor form)
WOD (changed to a 6 minute AMRAP): 5 rounds, 3 thrusters rx’d
and it still scares me to jump up on top of plates stacked on the box. Those things could go flying — you NEVER KNOW.
Hopefully no one ever WD40s your plate between box jumps!

I just audibly gasped and covered my eyes with hands in a coffee shop. This is as bad as the Lisa Shiu video of her falling off the PU bars while kipping (another fear of mine, especially in this sweat — er, heat).
