“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises. Score is total number of reps.

    WOD: 81,101,146,130 Total=458 PR+76 from Nov 09. I still vividly remember doing this workout last time while in the old gym. Good times.

    Situps no Abmat, unanchored full shoulder on ground to touching past toes at the top. Plus no hand rips! Bonus!

    Going strong on the PUs with 8 consecutive the first 2 rounds, but then my slight tears from Wednesday’s hi-rep squat cleans opened up and ewwww blood ouch tears that slowed me down.

    Still, 53 extra reps after 1 year of CF… says something.
