  1. How are we calculating the score on this?

    1. like nancy.. eg 13-10-7-6-4-2 . it’s harder to compare than most WODs

      1. Five rounds of:

        400 meter run
        95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

        Just like Nancy

  2. WOD: 11.5 Rds / 36 SPU (3 SPU’s, 15 WB (20#) / Rd)

  3. WOD: 60 pull ups. About 50 of them were honest c2b, the last 10 were kipping. About 8 rds, but lost count.

  4. WOD: 85 pullups in 8 rounds, I think broken up like …
    17(PR),13,11,9,8,8,9,10
    Mix of full c2b and reg pu, tried for as many as I could without dropping off the bar, as high as I could
    12# wb

  5. WOD: 56 c2b banded pullups (8 were red band, the rest blue band); 8# wallball
    I think it was: 8-8-8-8-6-6-6-6

  6. @ a super packed golds gym:

    Warmup:
    15 mins finding a corner all to myself where I wouldn’t wack anyone with a jump rope

    WOD: 15 min amrap;

    5 Ring rows
    10 Pushups
    15 KBS @ 45# (that was the highest weight they had…wtf)
    20 DU’s
    20 Situps

    6.75 rds

    1. should have done 3 pood dumbbell swings instead – I’m sure they have 110s there 🙂

  7. 64 Rx-ish (9-8-8-8-8-8-8-7)

    Height was good, but contact with the bar was iffy.

    WB 15# @ 20 reps (couldn’t find a heavier ball)

    *concentrated on my wb height & form – FINALLY hitting the tape!

  12. 55 (6 w/o [which took me two rounds of 3 a piece to get to] rest with red band)
    I have absolutely no idea how many rounds, I know I did a lot of Wall balls…
    #14 for Wall Balls

  13. 16 unassisted pullups of the kipping’ish variety (started at chest to bar, then neck to bar, then chin barely over bar)
    Lots of 20# wall balls….over 10 rounds easy…lol.

  14. 46 pullups… First time doing full, legit c2b! 10# wall balls

  15. 65 Rx’d 9.5 rds.

  16. 67 GBPUs (8# WB first round, 6# WB all other rounds)
    9 rounds (split 15, 6, 6, 7, 6, 6, 7, 7, 7)
