    BP: 60, 70, 80 (x3)
    WOD: 7:16 (subbed 20 air squats for snatches as snatches at the Y were a no go)

    Final bench press was also a fair bit higher than my actual 90% since the Y doesn’t have any small plates. 🙁 However, we did impress a Body Pump instructor with our double unders. 🙂

    WOD: 6:49 (subbed 20 air squats for snatches, not really a substitution, but apparently bringing weights >10 lbs into the “studio” where we’re allowed to jump rope isn’t permitted)

    Fun times with doing DUs at the Y as we were interrupted during round 1 by a woman who insisted on asking if she should turn off the fans. She also said “Impressive” to our unison DUs. At least we got to lift heavy objects, even if we couldn’t do it for time.

    New FS 1RM at 82kg (85kg was *so* close!)

    1. also I saw a 360kg DL today (x2!) from one of the guys I train with here. INSANE. Granted, it was from just below his knees and not fully from the floor — but still. Apparently his max from the floor is *only* 320kg. Bahhhhh. Having him spot my bench was just silly.

    WOD: 8:59 with 77#. This was ugly, ugly for me. Too much going on this week.

    WOD: 7:57 @84# – probably should have gone a little heavier

    note to self: you need to learn how to do double-unders with a speed rope
