    WOD: 5 rounds 3 dips, 5 dips per round

    Felt good to be back after 2 days of moving in 100 degree heat and 2 days of too much fun at the beach!

    WOD: 250m rowing subbed for jump rope due to blistered feet (yeah, the sand was that hot at the beach this weekend), 10sec ring holds subbed for ring dips: 5rds + holds + 5 ring rows

    WOD: 8 rounds + Rholds, RR, and 5 DU’s (10 second ring holds)

  28. 5 rounds + 20 DU, dips were shoulder-to-parallettes on jerk boxes. Still taking lots of breaks and being deliberate.
