    First time doing Fran. I think I managed my energy badly. Burnt out going too fast in first round :/

    WOD: 7:46 (95#, RB)

  6. Fran 5:16 (45#, blue band pullups)

  7. Max Box Jump: 33 7/8″ (almost 3 inches higher than last time – yay)
    Fran: 9:35 (47#, 24 red band PUs, 21 blue band – boo)

    Over 3 min slower than November, but 10# heavier and I did ring rows last time. Not really pleased with this, though. I think I grossly overestimated my strength and underestimated how sore my shoulders were. I resolve to destroy this next time.

    Fran: 7:26 @67#, scaled PU reps to 15-10-5

    2:27 slower than november, but 27# heavier and working on PUs instead of RRs 🙂

    12# heavier and ring rows instead of banded pull ups since November, but 50 seconds slower.

    Fran: 8:40 First half at 65#, second half at 45#, BBPU, last 9 GBPU

  19. Fran: 4:56 rx. PR by 1:55 (March ’10). Still suck at thrusters. First 21 unbroken then sets of 5-6. One day I won’t let this WOD beat me.

    WOD: 5:57 Rx (43 second PR)

    21 and 9 of thrusters unbroken, pull-ups were what slowed me down. Probably have a little bit faster time in me… this was 8 AM.

    Time to start hammering the pullups, methinks. And boost the thruster weight.

    “Double Fran” (first time doing PUs in 2 months, and didn’t want to go 100% out of the gate considering I had to do ‘Fran’ not just once, but two times in a row)
    round 1: 6:22 (PR by 0:49)
    round 2: 11:19 (and MAJOR rips in the hands during that set of 21 PUs, so the following PUs were super slow do to bleeding hangs, thrusters were fine, though)

    Total: 17:41rx (actually 30kg)
